Tanuja Pandit is the Director of Power Up North London which is a non-profit community benefit society that delivers solar PV and other carbon reduction projects. Tanuja has held senior leadership roles in the commercial, not-for-profit and charity sectors and has served as a charity trustee on various boards since 2005. Tanuja is committed to playing an active part in developing a vibrant community energy sector that partners with like-minded organisations to make Islington and Camden zero carbon boroughs by 2030.

Rose Collins is the Administrator and Lifestyle Tuesday Co-ordinator at Caxton House Community Centre, and has been teaching and running community art projects for over 10 years, organising creative programmes and events across Islington, with organisations such as Islington Council, Octopus Community Network, and the Elthorne Pride Big Local.

Sean McGuire is the Executive Director of Influence and Partnerships at the global children’s charity Plan International . Sean has a background in strategic communications and journalism , with extensive press handling expertise in international organisations and governments; humanitarianism; and development, politics and international affairs. A contributor to London Review of Books, Crimes of War and Reuters Books, Sean was a member of the Scarabeus board from 2014-18 and now acts as an advisor.

Suky Skinner is a highly experienced international training consultant, speaker and coach specialising in key account management, negotiation, strategic sales and team building with international sales experience spanning over 30 years across the IT industry and business services.
